SARAH & KEVIN - DEC 30

This was another great wedding like usual. It was freezing outside and Sarah was totally cool with going outside for a few minutes to get some shots. Such amazing ladies! The family and friends of Sarah & Kevin were so nice and fun to work with, it was a pleasure.

JILL & RICHIE - DEC 16

I just love these two. They are SO laid back and SO in love...it is really sweet. Jill had a really cool fur wrap that she wore because she's such a stud and she wanted to go outside for awhile. =) They were so much fun and boy did they party! They brought out more food a couple hours after the caterer left to keep everyone happy and energized. Boy were they dancing the night away! Congrats you guys!! I had a super time at your wedding!

BAD, BAD, Blogger!!!

OK, I can't believe that my last post was a Happy Thanksgiving message! Holy cow! So much has transpired since then, it's crazy. First of all the holidays were amazing! We were in Arizona for Christmas and had a great time. I had a couple weddings in December and I will get those posted asap. But holiday shopping, weddings and traveling consumed my month of December...AND feeling nausiated, tired and bloated. Yes, December we discovered that we're expecting our second child with a bang. I of course was very excited, but there were some rough moments to come...as the baby is due in the middle of wedding season, right smack in July. For me, that meant 5 weddings I could not do and 3 that were questionable. These were the hardest calls I've had to make. I was heart broken having to give the news and coming to the realization that the relationships that had developed will probably come to a screeching end. I put my heart and soul into the relationship that forms with a couple and to not be with them on their wedding day was killing me. And sending them to other photographers...even worse, but I understand. I wish them all the best and ultimately it's about the marriage, not the pictures. So best of luck to you all !! =)
So after getting through all of that drama that consumed me, I have settled into the fact of being pregnant again and loving it. We're keeping our fingers crossed for a boy this time!
